proSapient is hiring for a Client Services recruitment role across London and Lisbon, with a hybrid model in Lisbon. You will manage high-volume, entry-level talent sourcing for our Client Services teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes proactivity, strong admin discipline, and collaboration with the EMEA Talent team to scale hiring in 2027. You will engage candidates via multiple channels, maintain pipelines, and contribute to strategic university

Qualificações

• Experience in multi-channel sourcing (job boards, social media, direct/outbound outreach).
• Entry-level/graduate talent sourcing.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines at volume.
• Experienced in repetitive, high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Highly proactive - a self-starter who takes initiative.
• Strong drive and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous with admin tasks.
• Knowledge of handling confidential information professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing candidates using advertising, social media and direct channels.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview to offer.
• Interview for Client Services in high-volume, sourcing entry-level talent for London and Lisbon.
• Utilize ATS daily to track candidates and improve processes.
• Collaborate with the team to build proactive relationships with universities.
• Support large-scale hiring initiatives to meet 2027 targets.
• Research recruitment projects to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
