Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Идентифицировать и привлекать потенциальных кандидатов внутри и вне сектора с помощью LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM и других платформ.
• Проводить отбор кандидатов и первичные интервью для оценки соответствия различным ролям.
• Строить и поддерживать прочные отношения с кандидатами и текущей командой.
• Работать в тесном взаимодействии с руководством компании, чтобы процесс найма соответствовал требуемому профилю кандидата.
• Достигать и превышать целевые показатели и KPI.

• Identify and engage with potential candidates inside and outside the sector using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools and other platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability for various roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and the current team.
• Work closely with the company’s management to ensure a hiring process aligned with the desired candidate profile.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
