NoeXa - IT Solutions, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across technology domains. You will screen, interview, and present offers in Portuguese and English, while building strong candidate pipelines and collaborating with Hiring Managers to align recruitment with business needs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support NoeXa’s employer branding across international projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles or consulting environments is required.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV screening, phone screenings and recruitment interviews in Portuguese and English to presenting an offer;
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified talent, especially in technology fields;

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection;
• Experience recruiting for technology roles and/or in consulting environments;
• Experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
• Results-oriented and focused on candidate experience;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
