Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Application Management or IT Delivery.
• Proven experience managing projects/application evolutions and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and relate them to applications.
• Experience defining and executing functional, integration, regression and UAT tests.
• Experience working with development teams and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with backlog and incident management tools, such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
• Good communication, organization and priority management skills, with the autonomy to take end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and clarify business needs, translating them into clear, actionable functional requirements for development teams.
• Functionally follow up on projects and initiatives for application implementation and evolution.
• Analyze and follow up on corrective and evolutionary development requests.
• Troubleshoot application incidents, supporting root cause identification and solution validation.
• Coordinate business areas, development teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment between the need and the delivered solution.
• Define test scenarios and cases, prepare data, and execute or follow up on functional tests.
• Support users during UAT, analyze defects and follow up on their resolution.
• Validate deliveries and support the preparation and follow-up of releases and production deployments.
• Follow up on solution stabilization after production deployment.
• Produce and maintain functional and application documentation.
• Manage priorities and follow up on each issue through to closure.
