Job summary

NoeXa - IT Solutions ищет специалиста по управлению проектами для координации реализации ИТ-проектов в Lisbon. Вы будете взаимодействовать с клиентами, следить за планами и рисками, обеспечивать доставку и прозрачность процессов на протяжении всего жизненного цикла проекта.

Требуется опыт в разработке ПО хотя бы 6 месяцев, умение работать с Jira/Confluence, владение португальским и английским языками, а также готовность развивать лидерские и технические навыки в динамичной международной среде.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления проектами или координацией в любой роли (даже начальной)
• Превосходные устные и письменные навыки

Responsibilities

Задачи:

• Follow the technical implementation of projects, ensuring coordination between teams and stakeholders
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks that may affect project execution
• Manage expectations, conflicts and priorities, promoting the constructive resolution of challenges
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects
• Ensure the tracking of tasks, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and ensure alignment among all parties involved
• Produce and maintain project documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner
• Use management and collaboration tools to ensure visibility and control of activities

Требования:

• Previous experience in software development (minimum of 6 months), regardless of the programming language used
• Experience in project management or coordination, even in a junior context
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and priority management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in dynamic environments
• Proactivity, a sense of responsibility and a focus on problem-solving
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools, namely Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Atlassian tools, namely Jira, Confluence and Atlas
• Fluency in Portuguese and good communication skills in English
