Work model:

1 day per week transitioning to 1 day/month at the office (Lisbon, Portugal)

Your role

• Lead and support engineering teams in delivering high-quality software;
• Drive execution and alignment with product and technology roadmaps;
• Coach, develop, and grow engineers through feedback and mentoring;
• Promote engineering best practices, quality, and operational excellence;

What we value in you

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or similar technical roles;
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams;
