NoeXa - IT Solutions, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across technology domains. You will screen, interview, and present offers in Portuguese and English, while building strong candidate pipelines and collaborating with Hiring Managers to align recruitment with business needs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support NoeXa’s employer branding across international projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles or consulting environments is required.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV screening, phone screenings and recruitment interviews in Portuguese and English to presenting an offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified talent, especially in technology fields.
• Work closely with Business Managers and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for different opportunities and business areas.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and the promotion of NoeXa’s employer brand.
