What you’ll be doing

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage recruitment processes from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues across different countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and IT positions
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
• Building and executing sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
• Identifying, approaching, and engaging talent for both current and future opportunities
• Conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit
• Providing a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the hiring process
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Contributing ideas and best practices to help us continuously improve the way we recruit

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently manage multiple processes in parallel.

You’ll likely bring:

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering and/or IT positions
• A proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• The ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience working in a recruitment agency, consultancy, or international environment
• Exposure to hiring across different countries or markets
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
