Avomind is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a freelance recruiter to join our international, fast-growing network. You will support outbound and inbound recruitment, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews across management and clients.

Fluency in English and German is required, with additional languages a plus. The role offers 100% remote work across Europe, flexible hours, and a strong focus on candidate experience and career progression.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.

• Conduct direct outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Screen candidates and assess fit for roles.

• Advise managers on candidate landscape and trends to support a seamless service.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.
