Job summary

Atlean World is seeking an ambitious International Recruitment Consultant to join our global network of freelance recruiters. You will source, interview and manage multilingual candidates across Europe, and work independently with the support of Atlean World.

You will build your own network, manage vacancies, and benefit from commissions, bonuses and performance-based rewards as you grow your recruitment activity.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactivity are essential.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or BPO is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World team.
• Manage vacancies and candidate networks across international markets.
• Build and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and markets.

Your Role

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe.

You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World, taking ownership of your vacancies, candidates and results.

What You Will Do

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
• Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies.
• Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals.
• Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
