ALTEN in Lisbon is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing consultants, serving as their daily contact, and actively participating in recruitment and talent development within the organization.

The successful candidate will handle recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring a positive experience and contributing to team growth, with a hybrid work model and a base salary of 21K plus bonus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, labor relations, HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in technologic profiles, ideally Life Sciences.
• Recruitment experience in permanent positions.
• Experience working in consultancy environment.
• Portuguese (C2 level).
• Conversational Spanish.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members/new joiners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Talent selection: actively participating in recruitment processes (posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating with managers, onboarding, etc.).
• Development and well-being: promoting engagement, motivation, and professional development within the teams.
