Shaken Not Stirred ищет специалиста по рекрутингу для управления полным циклом найма: от размещения вакансии до онбординга новых сотрудников. Ваша задача — обеспечить эффективный процесс и отличный опыт кандидатов.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт в HR/рекрутинге и владение португальским и английским языками. Работа в основном на месте с гибким графиком в Лиссабоне. Предлагаются обучение и развитие, участие в инициативах по брендингу работодателя.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

Shaken Not Stirred is an organization founded in 2019 to empower future generations through the development and implementation of innovative educational projects. It operates across 42, TUMO, Shaken Academy, and Shaken Futures, supporting social mobility and long-term social and economic growth.

Задачи

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from vacancy creation to onboarding, ensuring pace, quality, and an excellent candidate experience;
• Build and publish tailored job postings across internal and external platforms;
• Source talent actively through databases, social media, referrals, events, and specialized communities;
• Review applications, organize selection processes, and maintain an up-to-date, transparent pipeline;
• Conduct initial interviews and support Assessment Centers and other recruitment initiatives with hiring managers;
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
• Coordinate the process through onboarding with the relevant teams;
• Drive employer branding, culture, and engagement initiatives through events, university presence, content, partnerships, and internal activities;
• Monitor recruitment metrics and propose process improvements based on data;
• Maintain recruitment process documentation and update HR software;
• Support the preparation of recruitment metrics and reports;
• Prepare and present offers to selected candidates and support negotiations and closing;
• Collect and validate employment documentation while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance;
• Manage IEFP and other employment-support programs end to end, including applications, deadlines, and requirements;
• Prepare administrative onboarding for new employees;
• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems;
• Keep digital employee files organized and audit-ready;
• Support the organization and continuous improvement of internal People Operations processes;
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate administrative processes;
• Track key employee lifecycle events, including contracts, renewals, contractual changes, and offboarding.

Требования

• Academic background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a similar field;
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR management;
• Excellent organization and priority management skills;
• Comfortable using digital tools and recruitment platforms;
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail;
• Excellent spoken and written Portuguese;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Spanish language skills.
