Role Summary

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across our engineering, AI, and business teams. You'll play a crucial role in building our team as we scale rapidly.

This is a hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who loves connecting with people and has a passion for finding exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, conferences, and technical communities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls
Build and maintain our presence on job boards and professional networks
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment content
Represent BloodFlow at career fairs, meetups, and industry events
Develop relationships with universities and technical communities
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline health
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements
Manage candidate database and recruitment tools
