Responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, developing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in HR, strong skills in talent acquisition, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in HR/People Operations, preferably at startups or scale-ups.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of Portuguese employment law and EU regulations.

• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
• Experience scaling teams from 10-50+ employees.

Role Summary

As People Operations Manager, you'll shape BloodFlow's culture and employee experience as we scale from startup to scale-up. You'll lead talent acquisition, build HR processes, and ensure we maintain our mission-driven culture while growing rapidly.

This is a foundational HR role perfect for someone who loves building people-first cultures and has experience scaling startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
• Build and maintain our employer brand across various platforms

• Fluency in English and Portuguese

• Experience scaling teams from 10-50+ employees
