The rec hub. is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon to act as an embedded recruiter for a key client. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive hiring strategies across multiple tech disciplines.

This hybrid role combines strategic advisory with hands-on sourcing to deliver impactful outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, a consultative mindset, and a track record of shaping talent pipelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally embedded, RPO, or in-house.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping and data-driven recruiting expertise.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our recruitment team, working closely with an assigned client to drive their hiring efforts. As an embedded recruiter, you’ll act as an extension of the client’s internal talent team, providing strategic hiring support, market insights, and full-cycle recruitment expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, high-impact environment, managing multiple roles while building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Location: Lisbon (Some in office)

Type: 6-month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent advisor to the client, understanding their hiring needs, culture, and growth plans.


• Deliver on a diverse range of technical hires, spanning the full tech spectrum with a strong focus on software engineering, AI and related disciplines.


• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.


• Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive headhunting, direct sourcing, and networking.


• Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies, pipeline health, and hiring decisions.


• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, representing both the client’s employer brand and company values.


• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiencies.


• Stay ahead of market trends, talent insights, and best practices to continuously optimise hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an embedded, RPO, or in-house setting.


• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.


• Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting.


• Experience hiring across all technical disciplines, with track record in software engineering


• A consultative approach with the ability to influence and advise on best hiring practices.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with shifting priorities.
