Role Summary

As Junior AI Engineer, you'll support our AI development team in building and improving our medical AI models. You'll work on data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation under the guidance of senior engineers and researchers.

This is an entry-level AI role perfect for someone starting their career in AI/ML who wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and fine-tuning AI models for medical data analysis
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
• Support model evaluation and performance testing
• Help maintain and improve existing AI systems
• Work with medical datasets and clinical annotations
• Support A/B testing and model comparison experiments
• Help with data quality assessment and validation
• Contribute to research experiments and proof-of-concepts
• Use ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• Work with vector databases and embedding models
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI models
• Learn about MLOps tools and practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Basic experience with machine learning and Python programming
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn)
• Understanding of fundamental ML concepts and algorithms
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience with natural language processing or large language models
• Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare domain
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and software development practices
• Previous internship or project experience in AI/ML
