Job summary

KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Lisbon to lead end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You'll design job descriptions, source candidates, interview, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent while enhancing our employer brand in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• Senior experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection in coordination with hiring managers.
• Co-create job descriptions and publish them across platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.).
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
