Job summary

CNX in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter fluent in French and English to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across international clients.

The role combines sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and relocation support for moving to Portugal. We offer competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, health insurance from day one, and

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) at C1-C2 level and strong English skills.
• 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Support hiring managers with candidate offers and negotiations for competitive packages.
• Source candidates via online platforms, networks, colleges and industry groups.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
• Develop deep knowledge of job specs, required experience and competencies for success in each role.

What you will do in this role

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicantsAssist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
• Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
• Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role
• Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process

Your qualifications

You'll be a great match if you:

• Are fluent in French (written and spoken, C1-C2 level) with a high level of English
• Bring 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO
• Have a bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Are able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office
• Are a self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment
• Have sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are able to handle and maintain confidential information
