Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its international Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon or Porto. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, interviewing across languages, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end processes, screen and shortlist candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet targets. On-site work is required for the first 3 months, with a potential hybrid model afterward in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Italian, German or Dutch at C1+ and English at C1+.
• Minimum 1 year in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join an international Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon or Porto.

If you have experience working in high-volume recruitment, enjoy a fast-paced environment and speak French, Italian, German or Dutch, this could be a great next step for you.

What you'll be doing

• Manage recruitment processes from initial screening through to candidate selection
• Review applications and identify suitable candidates for different roles
• Conduct phone, online and/or face-to-face interviews
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and hiring targets
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand profiles, requirements and recruitment priorities
• Apply recruitment standards and ensure compliance with local hiring procedures

What we're looking for

• Fluency in French, Italian, German or Dutch – C1 level or above
• English – C1 level
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume / mass recruitment
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and candidates at the same time
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Currently based in Lisbon or Porto
• Availability to work on-site during the first 3 months, with the possibility of a hybrid model afterwards

Working hours

Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00
