Adecco Recursos Humanos in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who speaks French and English to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the French market. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate journey.

You will screen applications, conduct interviews, present candidates, and monitor KPIs. This role offers exposure to high-volume, strategic recruitment projects in an international HR team.

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English required.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment process management.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and define strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through job boards, pools, networking and direct sourcing.
• Screen applications and conduct phone and video interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and support the selection process.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Promote Diversity & Inclusion throughout recruitment activities.
