CB Talents in Lisbon seeks a French Recruiter to identify French-speaking candidates, conduct initial screening, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

The role is a 6-month full-time contract with relocation assistance, a monthly gross salary of €1,250–€1,450, and a daily meal allowance, plus comprehensive health coverage from day one.

Candidates must be fluent in French and English, hold EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal, and have recruitment or HR experience.

Join an energetic talent acquisition team as a French Recruiter. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier French-speaking candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring workflow.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Review applications, analyze CVs, and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews for French-speaking roles.
  
• Candidate Guidance: Provide prospective candidates with detailed role expectations, contract terms, and relocation assistance info.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (depending on relevant background and experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
