Six-Factor, a Portuguese technology company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager to join our Lisbon headquarters. The role leads end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology professionals, builds sourcing pipelines across Portugal and Europe, and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic expansion.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager to join our headquarters in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth across Portugal and European markets.
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers.
• Support customer resource procurement requirements, working directly with leading multinational organisations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably within the IT sector.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English.
