• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably within the IT sector.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth across Portugal and European markets.
• Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers.
• Support customer resource procurement requirements, working directly with leading multinational organisations.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives and contribute to the growth of our engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to support the company's strategic expansion.
