Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Portugal is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring, delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.

You will drive sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, manage pipelines, and partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with business goals across international projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (RPO, staffing agencies or in-house).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience using ATS/CRM/recruitment platforms.
• Fluent English is mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Portugal and able to work onsite in Porto.

Job description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Solutions team in Portugal. As a hands-on recruitment professional, you will manage full-cycle hiring processes while delivering exceptional experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and clients. This role combines consultative stakeholder engagement, data-driven recruitment strategies, and operational excellence. You will manage requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and support recruitment delivery across different business functions and international projects.

Your responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, assess and present qualified candidates using effective sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer processes and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, KPIs and client-specific hiring standards.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide recruitment updates, market intelligence and salary insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Required skills

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, within RPO, staffing agencies or in-house talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM or recruitment sourcing platforms.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Additional languages are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Based in Portugal.
