Lever, Inc. is seeking a Junior Talent & People Specialist based in Portugal to join a fully remote, Europe-wide team. You will support HR administration, onboarding, recruitment, and employee experience while collaborating with an experienced People team.

You will interact with candidates and employees, coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding, and explore automation and AI-enabled improvements to processes. This is a hands-on, early-career role with room to grow.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, apprenticeships, or other early-career experience.
• First experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, administration, communication, customer-facing work, or a related field.
• Experience interacting with candidates, customers, or in a commercial environment is a plus.
• Curiosity with digital tools and learning HRIS/ATS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, amendments, renewals, and HR documents.
• Help manage HR processes through the HRIS (leave, absences, expenses, employee data).
• Contribute to payroll preparation and liaise with Finance for data accuracy.
• Respond to employee questions and provide service-oriented support.
• Conduct HR interviews and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
