ALTEN is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern to join our Human Resources team in Lisbon. This role involves participating in recruitment processes, drafting job offers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field, are eligible for an IEFP internship, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or recently finished a relevant degree.
• Eligibility for an IEFP internship is required.
• Interest in recruitment and talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and publish job offers aligned with business needs.
• Source technical talent across platforms and networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate phone interviews.
• Support technical interviews alongside managers.
• Monitor recruitment process and ensure candidate experience.
