As a recruiter in Lisbon, you will conduct high-volume interviews, review daily applications, verify work eligibility, and maintain candidate records in our ATS, ensuring smooth hand-offs to the team.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, HR coordination, candidate screening, or customer-facing operations.
• Proactive, organized and energetic; able to stay engaged during back-to-back screening calls.
• Bonus points for knowledge of Slavic languages (e.g., Ukrainian, Russian, Polish).
• Experience in fast-paced scale-ups, recruitment agencies, or hospitality/services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-volume screening: conduct initial interviews and phone screenings.
• CV & application review: assess daily inbound applications against standards.
• Compliance & verification: verify work permits and right-to-work status.
• Coordination & pipeline management: maintain candidate records in ATS and coordinate hand-offs.
