PagerDuty in Lisbon seeks a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across non-North American regions, focusing on Europe. You’ll partner with leadership to design sourcing strategies for Engineering, GTM, Product, and G&A, leveraging AI-enabled workflows, and drive a diverse talent pipeline in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role is hybrid with in-office presence in Lisbon two days per week, offering a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering/Product, Sales/GTM, and G&A across Europe (France, Germany, UK).
• Proficient with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-North American regions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of tools.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline by identifying high-potential candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and process efficiency.
• Promote the company's employer brand and engage with external communities.
