Batmaid SA in Lisbon is expanding and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Coordinator to drive local hiring and run day-to-day HR operations. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for multilingual teams, onboarding, payroll liaison, and on-site office management.

You will support English and German-speaking teams, with knowledge of French or Portuguese a plus, and you’ll contribute to a welcoming, efficient Lisbon office within a growing Swiss company culture.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume, call center, BPO, or startup environments.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; German bilingual is a strong advantage; French or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across Lisbon, spanning Customer Operations and local roles.
• Drive high-volume talent pipelines, with emphasis on multilingual profiles (German).
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth HR operations and payroll processes.
• Provide on-site HR support and office management to ensure a productive Lisbon office.
