Batmaid SA in Lisbon is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the front end of our hiring funnel for cleaning agents. You will conduct high-volume screening, review CVs and applications, and verify compliance while maintaining candidate records in our ATS.

Fluent German and English are required, with 1+ year in recruiting or related roles. We offer a permanent Portuguese contract, a performance bonus, meal and transportation allowances, private healthcare, and a hybrid work setup near Sete

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are the first point of contact for the heroes of our business: our cleaning agents. You will be responsible for the "front end" of the hiring funnel, ensuring that every candidate who joins the platform meets our high standards of quality, reliability and legal compliance.

Your Mission

• High-Volume Screening: Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings to evaluate candidate reliability, professionalism, and motivation.
• CV & Application Review: Review daily inbound applications against quality and operational standards.
• Compliance & Verification: Verify work permits, legal documentation, background checks and right-to-work status.
• Coordination & Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records in our ATS and coordinate seamless hand-offs your team.

• Required Languages: Fluent German and English.
• Experience: 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, HR coordination, candidate screening, or customer-facing operations.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and energetic. Ability to stay engaged during back-to-back screening calls.
• Bonus Points: Knowledge of Slavic languages (such as Ukrainian, Russian, Serbian, or Polish) is a welcome bonus to connect with some of our candidate pools, but not required!
• Plus: Prior experience in a fast‑paced scale‑up, recruitment agency, or hospitality/services sector.
