Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a T&E Analyst in Lisbon to support day-to-day travel and expense operations. You will review expense submissions for policy and tax compliance and assist employees with reimbursement queries within a global aviation environment.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, exposure to SAP Concur and ERP systems, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years in finance support functions or customer support.
• Experience with expense tools (SAP Concur, KDS/Neo) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Audit travel and non-travel expenses per local tax laws and company directives.
• Verify expense reports follow documentation, itemization and correct coding in the T&E software.
• Learn local tax laws and Airbus regulations to ensure compliance with policies.
