Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Travel & Expenses Analyst (French speaker) in Lisbon to audit travel and expense claims, ensure documentation, and support end users. The role requires English and French fluency, strong customer focus, and knowledge of Google Workspace; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit travel and non-travel expenses per local laws and Airbus directives.
• Ensure reimbursements have proper documentation (invoices, tickets, receipts).
• Perform second level Internal Control analysis (esp. third parties, G&H).
• Ensure compliance with Airbus Policies, E&C, Risk management and country tax rules.
• Manage the corporate credit card program: applications, usage, and deactivation on resignation.
• Support end users on travel booking, expense submission and reimbursement by phone or email.
