Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon is seeking a Travel and Expense Analyst to join the Travel & Expenses team. You will audit travel and related expenses, ensure proper documentation, and support end users with bookings and reimbursements.

The role requires SAP experience, English fluency, and a customer-focused mindset. A hybrid work model and a modern Parque dasNações office are offered, with opportunities to grow within the GBS group.

• Experience with SAP and familiarity with travel and expense processes.

Mansioni

• Audit travel and non-travel expenses according to local laws and company directives.
• Ensure reimbursements are supported by invoices, tickets, receipts, etc.
• Perform second level Internal Control analysis considering local law and Airbus regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus policies and country tax regulations.
• Manage corporate credit card program: applications, usage, cancellation on resignation.
• Provide end-user support via phone and email for travel bookings and expenses.
