Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across Engineering, Business and Commercial functions. You will build pipelines, manage candidate experience, and contribute to HR initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and excellent negotiation skills with a focus on delivering top talent and fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Education in human resources or a relevant program is required
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience including full life-cycle recruitment
• Experience as both agency and in-house recruiter
• Strong sourcing and candidate experience mindset
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Business, Commercial)
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and candidates
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding
• Develop proactive pipelines for current and future needs
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships
• Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements
• Support day-to-day employee relations and performance management initiatives
• Assist in implementing HR policies, programs and strategies
