Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a skilled Recruiter in Porto, Portugal to join a smart, collaborative team of recruiters. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full life-cycle recruitment, experience in both agency and in-house settings, strong sourcing strategies and stakeholder management, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions.
• Experience in agency and in-house recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate management and experience with both technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive pipelines for current and future roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships.
• Support process improvements and HR initiatives.
