Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards to own the platform end to end, leading nine engineers and building a multi-unit team. The role centers on consumer-facing, data-driven development, experimentation, and meaningful ownership of architecture, roadmap, and delivery.

You will shape the product, scale the engineering org, and drive engagement across multiple geographies. This is a front-line, hands-on leadership role requiring credible engineering leadership, strong collaboration

Qualificações

Direct-to-consumer product engineering to scale.
Hands-on in front-end and mobile experiences.
Experience with experimentation and growth engineering.
5+ years managing managers/engineering orgs.
Hands-on technical leadership with credibility.

Responsabilidades

Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
Improve cashback product performance and reliability as a priority.
Evolve cashback into a broader rewards and personalization platform.
Build and scale the engineering organization and hiring plan.
Establish strong experimentation culture with AB testing and metrics.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to align product initiatives.
