Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards to own the end-to-end platform strategy and delivery. You will lead a growing team of engineers, shape architecture, and drive a strong experimentation culture focused on engagement, retention, and personalisation for a broad user base.

Qualificações

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale and shipping consumer-facing products.
• Hands-on technical leadership with credibility among engineers.
• Experience leading engineering managers (5+ years).
• 10+ years overall software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Comfort with backend environments and ability to credibly lead backend engineers.
• Experience building and scaling an engineering organisation from a small base.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of the cashback product as an early priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards platform serving business, consumer and sales agents.
• Build the engineering organisation from its current base, hiring managers and engineers.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate objectives into initiatives.
• Own the customer-facing experience of rewards across mobile and web.
• Define architecture standards and engineering processes for the domain.
• Scale the platform to serve multiple geographies as Moniepoint expands.
• Partner with Product to define rewards metrics and OKRs.
