Qualifications

• Educational background in human resources or a relevant technical program.
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience including full life-cycle recruitment.
• Experience as both an agency recruiter and an in-house recruiter.
• Sourcing and candidate management innovativeness.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Self-motivated and able to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders, team members and candidates.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High business acumen and ability to align projects with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to onboarding.
• Engage in proactive recruitment strategies to generate candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Facilitate day-to-day employee relations and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate performance and talent management activities.
• Support execution of HR strategies, policies and programs to sustain growth.
