Job summary

Wire IT, a Portuguese IT consulting company, is expanding its international presence and seeks a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR). The role focuses on opening doors, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to Wire IT’s growth in Portugal and Europe.

You will identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and engage senior decision-makers through multiple outbound channels, including LinkedIn and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Development or B2B sales.
• Proven outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Confidence engaging with senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in Portugal and international markets, across Europe.
• Develop targeted prospect lists based on industries and business needs.
• Engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other outbound channels.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Identify opportunities across IT Staffing, IT Projects, and AI Advising.
• Understand prospects' technology challenges and hiring needs.
• Build relationships with IT Directors, CTOs, HR leaders, and Procurement Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop outreach strategies and enter new markets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor outreach performance.
