Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking an Admin/Business Support based in Portugal for a part-time remote role. You will perform structured outbound outreach to branding and web-design agencies, initiate partnership opportunities, and set qualified conversations for the client.

The role requires experience with cold calling, relationship building, and accurate lead administration. Responsibilities include following scripts, overcoming objections, and maintaining call logs.

Qualifications

• Outbound cold-calling experience is required.
• Strong spoken English with native or near-native fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Experience managing lead tracking and outreach records.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; HubSpot is an advantage.
• Familiarity with VoIP tools, email, and calendar apps.
• Experience in marketing/agency services is beneficial.
• able to work U.S. business hours with EST overlap.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies using client-provided lists.
• Introduce partnership and referral opportunities clearly.
• Follow approved scripts while adapting conversations to prospects' needs.
• Handle objections and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Make multiple follow-up attempts to engage prospects.
• Identify qualified prospects and pass opportunities to the client.
• Schedule follow-up conversations or appointments.
• Maintain accurate call logs and outreach records.
• Track activity and outcomes; use Google Sheets and HubSpot as processes evolve.
• Provide regular updates on outreach volume and results.
• Support prospect research and list-building as engagement expands.
