• Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver impactful people initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience (+5 y) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English.
