Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support managers through the employee lifecycle, guiding on performance, engagement, development, and employee relations.
• Drive talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver impactful people initiatives.
