Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead client delivery and oversee critical systems across multiple accounts. You will own strategic and operational delivery, manage client relationships, and serve as the main contact for solutions and services.

You will coordinate IT infrastructure projects, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and coach managers to improve communication and execution. A minimum of three years' experience and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service delivery or IT operations.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and risk management.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client.
