Decskill, an IT consulting company, invites a skilled IT Solution Expert to join a Lisbon project. You will analyze requirements, define architectures, manage stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Product Owners, partners, and internal teams, ensuring quality, security, and production readiness. Growth opportunities and a dynamic, people-first culture are highlighted.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Solution Delivery, Application Management, Business Analysis, or Software Development.
• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and business/technical requirements analysis.
• Experience with solution lifecycle management, application enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or SAFe.
• Understanding of software development technologies, enterprise applications, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience with testing/QA, impact analysis, and solution design.
• Understanding of IT Operations and Service Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of databases and ability to perform queries using MySQL.
• Basic knowledge of Kafka, web technologies, APIs, and Chrome DevTools.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and refine business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Assess business and UX requirements from a technical perspective, including feasibility, impact, and implementation effort.
• Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and sustainable technical approaches.
• Coordinate implementation activities and collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Define and document solution architecture concepts, interfaces, integrations, and technical specifications.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and validate implemented solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, handover, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure requirements are correctly implemented and aligned with quality and technical standards.
• Operate, monitor, and continuously improve solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, legal, governance, and enterprise standards.
• Support incident management, service continuity, and operational improvement activities.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to the Product Owner, ensuring alignment across Business, Development, Testing, and Operations.
