Decskill is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects from planning through execution and production handover. You will coordinate technical teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance, while collaborating with business stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Project Management, preferably in infrastructure or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and production support.
• Technical knowledge of Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Fluent English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and external contributors.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT projects.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the implementation of technical architecture and transition to production.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, resilience, and Cloud requirements.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and project budgets.
• Support production teams and ensure operational readiness.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Contribute to DevOps, Agile, and Cloud transformation initiatives.
• Provide Level 3 Production Support and technical assistance when required.
