Fyld is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful execution of complex technology projects. The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end project oversight, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects.
• Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi-client projects is highly valued.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making and removing delivery obstacles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus.
• Fluency in English
