We are seeking a Senior Application Service Manager to lead service delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders across national and international projects.

Qualificações

• Up to 10 years of experience in application service delivery management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in application service management.
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience in relationship management with stakeholders.
• Experience in problem management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and productive environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage application service delivery, ensuring the effective management and availability of application services.
• Ensure the overall management and follow-up of the application service.
• Manage relationships with the different stakeholders involved in the service.
• Manage and follow up on problems related to the application service, ensuring effective resolution.
• Manage the budget associated with the service.
• Ensure effective communication with the different stakeholders and teams involved.
• Perform critical analysis of service-related situations and identify appropriate solutions.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure an effective and productive service management environment.
