Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a skilled professional to lead IT solution delivery and business analysis. Based in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid, you will engage across Product Owners, Development, QA, and Operations to refine requirements, design feasible solutions, and ensure production readiness.

You will work in a multinational, cross-functional setting within the Astek Group, gaining exposure to diverse projects and long-term career

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, application management, technical business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering and business analysis, including requirements refinement and definition of acceptance criteria.
• Experience translating business and UX requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Experience with solution design, impact analysis, technical specifications, and system interfaces.
• Solid understanding of the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and implementation through testing, deployment, handover, and production support.
• Experience in application management, solution enhancements, operational support, and continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating with Product Owners, Development, QA, Operations teams, and implementation partners.
• Good understanding of testing and Quality Assurance practices.
• Knowledge of IT operations, incident management, service continuity, and production readiness.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; SAFe knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of software development, databases, web technologies, and modern enterprise systems.
• Ability to perform database queries using MySQL.
• Understanding of APIs and technical API specifications.
• Basic knowledge of Kafka and Chrome DevTools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
