wBrain is seeking a Digital Workforce Development Officer specializing in Data and AI to support an international defence-sector organisation in Oeiras. The role focuses on workforce planning, education and training initiatives by translating Data and AI developments into structured competency, skills and training requirements.

The candidate will map data/AI requirements to education solutions, identify gaps, and align training with strategic priorities in a multinational defence context.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with years of professional experience; NATO frameworks experience is preferred.
• Experience with NATO’s Global Programming Approach and Systems Approach to Training or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience mapping roles, competencies, and workforce trends.
• Proven use of SFIA to map or develop workforce competencies.
• Ability to translate digital developments into practical workforce requirements.
• Experience delivering training in military/defense environments.
• Fluent English with ability to prepare executive-level reports.

Responsabilidades

• Map Data and AI requirements to education and training solutions.
• Identify workforce gaps and competency needs.
• Map NATO Data/AI roles to SFIA framework.
• Review Digital Strategic Training Plan requirements for accuracy.
• Produce monthly situation reports and quarterly work plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with transformation goals.
• Support QA activities related to education and training.
• Travel for duties as required; operate on-site in Oeiras, Portugal.
