EMW in Oeiras, Portugal seeks a Digital Workforce Development Officer for Data and Artificial Intelligence with active NATO SECRET clearance. The role focuses on mapping requirements to E&T solutions, expanding SFIA-based workforce mapping, and reviewing training plans in alignment with the Digital Strategic Training Plan.

You will apply TRA processes within the Data and AI Functional Area, develop the TRA Report, and contribute to HQ SACT reporting.

Qualificações

Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
Experience applying SFIA to assess workforce competencies.
Strong English reading and executive writing skills.
Understanding NATO structures, ETFs, and capability development processes.

Responsabilidades

Map identified requirements to E&T solutions within the discipline.
Expand mapping of NATO NCS Data and AI posts to SFIA.
Review training requirements from the Digital STP for accuracy and currency.
Apply TRA process focusing on Data and AI FA to project future requirements.
Produce the project TRA Report and participate in 2026 NITEC/IPB.
Develop monthly Situation Reports to HQ SACT and quarterly Programme of Work reports.
